Powder - Coated Cast Iron Housing — A rugged iron base coated in thick powder that protects against water, mild detergents, and oil. However, if the coating is scratched or chipped, the underlying iron may rust. Clamp On — Tighten the clamping screw to close the collar around your shaft for a secure, mar-free grip. The collar centers the shaft, decreasing vibration and allowing for higher speeds than set screws. Also known as concentric lock bearings. Sealmaster — Famous for exceptional sealing, Sealmaster bearings include a signature three-part seal in the inner ring. This design blocks out gritty debris and purges old grease to extend the life of the bearing. Misalignment Capability — Bearings compensate for as much shaft misalignment as the degree listed.
